Warriors help civil affairs

28 Mar 03 -- 4 Soldiers from the 293rd recently went to a small village near Bagram on a humanitarian aid mission. We provided the people there with toys, clothes, candy, food and water. While we were there we had a tour of their village and drank tea with the elders. It felt good to help out and it was great to get away from the base for a little while.
