Gen Franks Visits Bagram

11 Mar 03 -- Friday CENTCOM Commander, General Franks visited Bagram, and gave an encouraging speach to the locally stationed soldiers. "We have come a long way in just a year and a half." He was followed by an entourage of photographers and Marine security guards. I actually got right next to him to take a few pictures.
